All Student Clubs and Organizations, as well as, campus departments taking students to conferences or any off-campus event using ASCC funding must complete the ASCC Sponsored Student Group Travel Request Form.
The deadline to submit the ASCC Sponsored Student Group Travel Request Form is 60 days prior to your event.
Any forms submitted less than 60 days before the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Before completing this form, please ensure you have already completed the documents listed in the checklist below. You will be asked to upload these files directly onto the form.
